Please Note:

First house cleaning is at full price.
After the first cleaning all future house cleanings are given a 10% discount.
We will honor the Monthly Special pricing for 3 months. Afterwards you will be charged the normal rate.
You must ask for the Monthly Special Cleaning Service of Lake Norman when you initially signup for service. You are not automatically placed on the Monthly Special.

We have a minimum cost of $90.00

Square footage is a good reference when estimating your price.

1,000-1,800 sq ft $90.00

1,850-2,350 sq ft $105.00

2,400-3,000 sq ft $120.00

3,050-3,450 sq ft $135.00

3,500-4,000 sq ft $150.00

Deep Cleaning Costs

A good cost estimate for deep cleanings would be to add 3 hours to the size of your home which you can find under general clean cost estimator.

Move in Move out Cleaning

The cost of a move in move out cleaning is generated by the hour, with a minimum of 6 hours equaling $216.00
Naturally this is negotiable depending on your needs, size, priorities etc.
