Deep Cleaning

KITCHENS

  • Refrigerator (inside/top/outside/sides if able)
  • Stove (top/hood/front/inside oven)
  • Microwave (top/inside/front)
  • Outside of all other appliances
  • Sinks cleaned and disinfected/and all other horizontal surfaces
  • Kitchen cabinets and drawers (fronts)
  • Inside kitchen windows (within reach with a 2 step ladder)
  • Wipe all window frames
  • Wipe all doors and frames
  • Wipe kitchen floor/and dust, wet-wipe all reachable baseboards
  • Dust light fixtures, polish light switches

BATHROOMS

  • Tile wall/tile grout cleaned and disinfected
  • Bathtubs/showers/toilets cleaned and disinfected
  • Sink/vanity/mirrors cleaned/shined/disinfected/and all horizontal surfaces
  • All cabinets (wet-wiped outside)
  • Doors/knobs/light fixtures/baseboards (if reachable) cleaned, light switches polished
  • Floors scrubbed and moped

LAUNDRY ROOM

  • Appliances cleaned/shined/top/front/sides
  • Shelves wiped (within 2 step ladder)
  • Doors dusted/wiped
  • Floors vacuumed/wet-wiped

BEDROOMS/LIVINGROOMS/ALL OTHER PARTS OF HOUSE

  • All windows (removing doggy mouth/paws) and clean window frames
  • All doors dusted/wet-wiped
  • All baseboards dusted/wet-wiped (within reach)
  • All cobwebs removed
  • All fans dusted
  • All blinds/shutters dusted/wet-wiped as needed( if caked on grease/dirt, then will be discussed)
  • All floors moped/vacuumed as needed

WINDOWS/LIGHT SWITCHES/DOOR KNOBS

  • Dog mouth/paws removed from windows
  • Light switches wet wiped/polished as needed
  • Door knobs wet wiped/polished as needed

Move in/ Move out and deep cleanings require a 10 hour minimum.
The hourly charge runs from 34.00 to 40.00 per hour, depending on your specific cleaning needs.
If the job does not take that amount of time we do not charge you.

These cleanings can be very time consuming, to do the job correctly the right amount of time is needed.
We are always concerned about our customers budget and strive to work hard and efficient.

We require a $250.00 deposit to reserve the time slot. This is due to the amount of time we have to block out on our schedule. If the cleaning needs to be changed we need a 72 hour notice, again this is due to the amount of time we reserved for your cleaning.

We ask all customers be present when the cleaning is finished to inspect our work, if anything needs corrected it will be done at the time of cleaning.

We need for the customers actual presence at the end of the cleaning to guarantee the cleaning. This is for a variety of reasons which we will discuss with the customer. Our cleaners will let the customer know about an hour before they are finished to allow time for the customer to arrive back at he home.
